Rounding the Jazz Hamilton Arts Foundation roster of initiatives are the Woman You Can! Empowerment Workshops, dedicated to
empowering and uplifting women from all walks of life. From personal and image development to mentorship, these workshops serve
as a catalyst for transformation, empowering women to become leaders in their industries. The Woman You Can! Empowerment
Workshops offer personal and professional development opportunities for women seeking to enhance their skills, confidence, and leadership
abilities. Through a series of workshops, seminars, and mentorship sessions, participants receive support in areas such as personal and
image development, business etiquette, self-empowerment, language assistance services, and mentorship.

Our Goals

The Woman You Can! Empowerment Workshops has been designed is to empower women from diverse backgrounds to succeed in their
careers, become leaders in their industries, and advocate for change in their communities. At the Jazz Hamilton Arts Foundation, we aim to
create a network of empowered women who are equipped to make a positive impact in their lives and the lives of others. Our intent is to
foster a sense of confidence and self-empowerment among workshop participants while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the
workplace.

Our Strategies

Offer a series of workshops and seminars covering a range of topics relevant to women’s personal and professional development, including communication skills, leadership development, career advancement, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance. 

Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching sessions with experienced professionals who can offer guidance, support, and advice tailored to each participant’s individual needs and goals.

Encourage networking opportunities, peer support groups, and community events to help participants build connections, share experiences, and learn from one another.

The Jazz Hamilton Arts Foundation Inc. operates as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to transforming lives through the power of music.  Your support is the fuel that help us give life changing experiences and opportunities to underserved-underrepresented individuals and communities. Our Donors, Sponsors and Partners can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
